Almost 40 years of association with the passionate designer produced some of the most important designs of the 20th century for the Porzellan Manufacktur Nymphenburg. This includes the service pattern “Orion”, which Wolfgang von Wersin developed for the manufactory’s 200^th anniversary in 1947. Typical of Wersin, the form initially captivates with its simplicity and closed, gently curved contour.
