Benjamin represents brands with unparalleled craftsmanship and artistry who use time-honored techniques of their trades. We carry a limited number of each piece in-store. For lead times on additional pieces not in our inventory, please contact the store at 410-946-6171 or info@benjamineaston.com.

Shipping

We can ship to almost all addresses both domestically and internationally. We will contact you within two business days to alert you of shipping time estimate. Please be aware a signature will be required.

Standard Ground USA shipment starts at $45.00.

We will provide a quote for any international shipping requests. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact us within the return period to inform us of your intention to return your purchase.

Special Orders

When placing special orders that require additional information, such as color or material selections, please indicate the specific information in the “Special Instructions” section on the checkout page. Special orders cannot be canceled and cannot be returned for credit or a refund.

International Shipments

International orders can be processed online. Please email us at info@benjamineaston.com or call us at 410-946-6171 to inquire about an international order and we will provide you with a shipping quote. For all shipments sent to international destinations, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment Policy

All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time when you place an order. All orders require a 100% payment, including merchandise that is backordered or special ordered.

Sales Tax

If the order is shipped and delivered within the state of Maryland are subject to 6% sales tax.
